JUDITH ANN (JUDY) O'BRIEN Died peacefully on Friday, December 4, 2009 at Markham Stouffville Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Judith was the beloved wife of Dan O'Brien, and cherished mother of Christine and her husband Eric Lipsius. Much loved sister of Stephen Russell and family in Stratford, ON and Pauline Russell and daughter Vanessa in Winnipeg, MB. She will be lovingly remembered by the O'Brien family and the rest of her family and many friends. As a longtime resident of Markham she was an active member of St. Patrick's Parish and the Unionville Curling Club. Judy's kindness touched all who met her. Friends will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main St. N., (Markham Rd.) Markham on Tuesday, December 8 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Services to be held at St Patrick's Catholic Church on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Christ The King Cemetery. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Markham Stouffville Hospital would be appreciated.
